No, Any living organism (people, pets, plants) must leave the area until it's safe to enter.

How long does it take?

Small objects like a mask is about 20 minutes to 60 minutes (pending required CT value). CT value is the ozone exposure over time.

If we disinfect a standard living room, it will take about 2-4 hours. You may enter about 1 hour after a treatment.

What does ozone not do?

Ozone does not wipe away e.g. dirt. Ozone will kill anything it comes in contact with but ozone will not wipe away e.g. dirt from surfaces.

Ozone will not penetrate surfaces e.g. behind walls, through floors, deep inside mattresses etc.

Generally speaking, if normal air can get through - ozone will go through as well and kill anything in its path.

Can I use Ozone for pest control?

Ozone for pest control is not ideal unless area is 100% air tight as insects will run away in search of fresh air. They will return when ozone is turned off. Use in combination of a pest control treatment.

How deep does ozone clean?

Ozone will reach about 1-5mm depending on how porous the materials are. It will not penetrate hard surfaces.

Do I need multiple ozone treatments?

Most of the time 1 treatment is all you need. However, if the area is heavily contaminated or smells really bad multiple treatments are needed.

Is ozone safe?

Ozone is already in the air we breathe but in small doses. The ozone breaks down organic matter, virus, bacteria, and foul odors in a gentle but effective way. It can reach all those hard-to-reach areas.

It's very safe.

How long does it take to sanitize with ozone?

We have powerful ozone generators that produce 10,000mg per hour. It's 50x stronger than other products.

Disinfection of a room depends on the size of the area and the required CT value.

CT value is the concentration of ozone * exposure time. It can range from 20 minutes to 8 hours.

Do people have to leave the room?

Yes. During a treatment no living organic being including pets and plants are allowed in the room.

When can I safely return?

Generally 30 to 60 minutes after a treatment. We will air out the room and it's safe to enter again.

Is it guaranteed? Warranties? What if it still smells?

Pending contamination levels, many treatments might be needed in conjunction with other sanitation methods. It’s not a magic cure to clean an area. No guarantees made and no warranties.
